Please read our policies before placing an order

General Terms

All costumes produced by Blue's Atelier CZ are custom-made, hand-sewn pieces designed to your specific measurements and requirements. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, email, or during a consultation session.

Ordering Process

Every order begins with a free 30-minute Google Meet consultation where we discuss your needs, design preferences, measurements, and timeline. After the consultation, I will prepare a detailed quote including materials, labor, and estimated delivery time.

Once you approve the quote, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before shipping or delivery.

Custom-Made Products

Since each costume is created specifically for you based on your unique measurements and design choices, all sales are considered final once production has begun. Please ensure all measurements and design details are confirmed during the consultation phase.

Minor design adjustments can be made during production at no additional cost. Major changes after production has started may incur additional fees and extend the delivery timeline.

Measurements & Fitting

Accurate measurements are essential for the perfect fit. I will provide a detailed measurement guide during the consultation. You are responsible for providing correct measurements. If you are unsure, I recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor or during an in-person meeting if possible.

If a costume does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client, alterations may be offered at an additional cost.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines vary based on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Typical production time ranges from 3 to 8 weeks. I will provide an estimated timeline during the consultation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before the order is confirmed. I ship within the Czech Republic and internationally.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, I stand behind the quality of my work:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, I will repair or remake the costume at no charge.
  • If the costume does not match the agreed-upon design, I will make corrections free of charge.
  • If you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work together to find a solution.

Refunds of the deposit are not available once production has started, as materials will have already been purchased and work begun.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund of your deposit. Once production has started, cancellations are subject to a fee based on the work already completed.

Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Blue's Atelier CZ remain the intellectual property of the atelier. I reserve the right to photograph completed costumes for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
